BitLocker recovery key cannot be found in any of my Microsoft accounts. Please Help!

Dear All,My laptop (Dell XPS 17) suddenly asked me the BitLocker recovery key (potentially after the Windows update). It says that I can find it either in my school account or personal Microsoft account. Yet, none of them can provide me the key. I know that Microsoft cannot provide the copy of this key, but at least can I know which microsoft account is associated with my laptop (based on the key ID). I have tried to search it on the Azure Active Directory, but still no positive result.It is ridiculous if the only solution is to reformat the drive, since it has so many valuable files for me.
