Lenovo 17.3 laptop Ser. no. PF2TEV91, mod. 20SQ27WOO, purchased 2021 using win 10. for my wife. Worked fine until 8/21 when she turned it on and a blue screen came up with bitlocker recovery key required. located recovery and inputted it twice in the appropriate box. Hit enter and response came back incorrect. Where do I go from here?
