BitLocker page on account.microsoft.com problem

HiMy Surface Go wants a BitLocker key. It links to the aka.ms/myrecoverykey page. When I open the page, I get the error message TraceId: zRpJGdzEyUqedfpd.99.72 .What should I do to get the key?
