Bitlocker opening Problem

I have bitlocker in my window 10. Last time updates were installed then window was currupted. So, I reinstall the window but my drives were locked with bitlocker. In previous window, There was one drive which was locked with bitlocker. After the reinstallation of the window, That drive was opened with old password but the other drive was not locked in previous window. Now, It is locked and it demanding the 48 digits recovery key.
