Bitlocker locked up after first day of HP Envy PC usage

Have had new HP Envy PC plugged in 1 day and adding programs. Turned off and when turned on just spinning.Did the Bitlocker recovery code (accepted) and still could not get in.Tried all Automatic Repair options and nothing.Even tried command prompt manage-bde to turn off bit locker. It said completely decrypted and still could not get in.No restore point so not an optionDon't have Windows DVD/CD to reinstall so what a nightmare.So obviously this has been a miserable experience and I see a lot of other people have has this same problem.
