Bitlocker keys

I am locked out of my computer after the motherboard of the computer was changed by HP, The computer is asking for a Bitlocker key to access the hard drive. When logged in to my Microsoft account following the spets, My account dont find the bitlocker key to the device. When contacting teh IT support they also don't have the Bitlocker key to my computer. HP has already discared the old motherboard too. Can you help me get access to the Bitlocker key to my computer?
