I am a contractor of Microsoft. My account was deactivated (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) and I got new one (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) My laptop now shows Bitlocker blue screen but the recover key is associated with my deactivated work account.For the new account, in order to set a new password, I have to log in with a web browser from desktop but my desktop is in Bitlocker blue screen so I cannot both open Bitlocker and set up new account to work. My work account is not activated yet so I cannot reach out to IT Helpdesk. Please let me know what I should do and who to reach out.
