Bitlocker key

Hi,After turning on my laptop, I was asked for the recovery key for this drive. I logged into my Microsoft account on my ipad and found my device, but when I clicked “View BitLocker keys” it said, “No BitLocker recovery key found for this device.”The Microsoft account is a school account provided by my university, so I contacted them. They tried to find the key in their system but couldn’t and said that only Microsoft can provide it.What should I do now?
