BitLocker key

I recently had to reset my cmos battery due to an error I was getting with my bios and since then I haven’t been able to get into my windows. When trying to it prompts me with a BitLocker recovery screen. I don’t recall ever setting up BitLocker and when I go to the prompted website under my devices it says that I do not have it active. I have important data on my pc that prevents me from doing a clean install to get past this issue.It would also be helpful if I was able to just directly contact support via the phone or chat but when trying I’m just prompted with unhelpful automated responses.
