Bitlocker key recovery

We are a small company. One of our dell Inspiron 5515 laptops which were bought from amazon (dated: November 2021) shows bitlocker blue screen after an windows 11 update recently and asking to enter recovery key. When we setup the laptop at the beginning, we didn’t create any Microsoft account to store the recovery key. We also checked all of our possible Microsoft accounts but no accounts are linked to the key for this laptop. We have very important data on the laptop and currently are not able to access to the laptop without the key. Any help???
