My Dell laptop wouldn't power on. It's still under warranty so they replaced the Motherboard. I didn't realize that I had a bit locker key (this is a personal computer) and when I enter it after the motherboard replacement, it doesn't work. I brought it to a service who is unable to get access to the HD due to the encryption. I am not a techie and wonder if there are any places that could get through this without spending thousands of dollars. Any suggestions? I had also installed Windows 11 over the factory installed Windows 10. I don't know why I would have the Bit Locker key installed on th
