Bitlocker key doesn't show on click "Show recovery key" - blank popup or nothing happens

Hi,Trying to use My Account - Devices (microsoft.com) to retrieve the Bitlocker Keys, but nothing happens when I click the "Show recovery key" button. There is a pop up showing for a brief second, but it is blank and it only pops up the first time. I have to refresh the page to see the pop up again. Same behavior for all devices.I have tried numerous devices (mobile, desktop, laptops), and browsers (Edge, Chrome) and they all behave similar and no keys are visible. My colleagues doesn't have this issue so I suspect there is something with my specific user, but IT department has no clue what th
