Hello, the serial number for my laptop and for my bitlocker device are the same but the key id is different than the one being asked so the key won’t work. Is there a way to speak to someone on a call about the issue? Essentially, the problem is that the Key ID in my Microsoft account doesn’t match the Key ID displayed on the laptop even though the the key id listed is clearly for the laptop because the serial numbers are the same. I can’t access my laptop after the latest update and the bitlocker key for this laptop does not work.
