Bitlocker blocking computer access despite multiple restarts

[Windows Server]

I keep running into a blue screen saying “BitLocker” and asking for the recovery key. I am able to do so but once I enter it, I get another screen that says “Automatic Repair” and states my PC did not start correctly. Given the option to restart and advanced options. I’ve tried a combination of all my options about a dozen times and continue to get redirected back to the original BitLocker screen. I’ve called my PC and Microsoft for multiple hours without any luck. Any help is greatly appreciated!
