BitLocker and corrupt files

Hello, I am writing to you today because I have an issue I cannot solve myself. I have been trying to set up the BitLocker service on my Windows 11 home PC. First of all the BitLocker service didn't show up in the search bar when I went to activate it. Of course, I looked up online why, and found that I should go to the 'manage service' screen and find the BitLocker service and make sure it is running, as well as check files over the CMD with the " sfc/scannow " command.
