My laptop shut off and was supposed to restart but popped to the BitLocker screen instead. It won’t open and I don’t have my bit locker code and the only 2 choices are either to reboot my laptop from the start and delete everything or put the code that I don’t have. Now I connected to my account via Microsoft (school account) and a problem occurred so it doesn’t let me enter the account’s info and click devices and then get my BitLocker code.
