Bit-locker help please

my account security has been comprised a few times in last month. seems to gain access and edit and delete all my photo and add some of there own blurred photos into album... ive followed all advice changed passwords as soon as aware of security issue ive got 2 factor set up to include email with additional pass code yet they still are gaining access. this evening i downloaded 1500 photos from flash drive i set up bit-locker to secure photos. literally minutes after set up whilst i was viewing photos the photos just closed down, on trying to access photos again bit-locker password box was r
