BIOS LOCK OUT

Good Evening, I am looking for assistance with the BIOS update, resulting in Windows lock out "Your PIN is no longer available due to a change...." that makes so much sense. ASRock B450m/ac , currently at the log in page of Windows 10, authenticating my account. I am receiving my authentication codes and putting them into the prompts. "Are you sure" it ask me if I want to reset my pin... I click continue... I then receive "Something went wrong, we weren't able to set up your PIN.
