Bingo Blitz app not going from taskbar to desktop

I downloaded Bingo Blitz today and pinned it to my taskbar. I now want to put it on my desktop. When I googled what to do, it told me to click on the start menu, right click on the app, look at the shortcut menu that appears, and click on Open Location File. Only when I go to the shortcut menu, there is no option for the Open Location File.I have also tried left clicking and dragging from the taskbar and from the start menu.
