On 10/15 I purchased Microsoft at a cost of $69.99. On 10/16 I realized that my daughter could not access the Microsoft programs, so I upgraded the program which allows up to 3 users for a cost of $99.99. It advised me that I will be charged the difference, which is $30.00. However, I was charged $69.99 on 10/15 and $99.99 on 10/16.How can I get the refund of my $69.99 that was overcharged to me.
