Best way to transfer windows 11 from HDD to newly added SSD?

I have a laptop with windows 11 installed into an HDD . I am adding a new internal SSD and I want to transfer the OS from HDD to the SSD. OS is activated with digital license (it was formerly pre-installed OEM windows 10 version which got a free windows 11 upgrade). My priority is to get a clean installation, I don't mind deleting any of the existing files or softwares present in the system.
