Been having display crashes frequently and grabbed an event log anyone able to take a look at it?

So for years now ive been having an issue with crashing displays only now am I trying to fix it. The warning above the errors with the same named source states "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered."Linked is a Device Manager Log File in One Drive
