Been dealing with 2 failures, (Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered, and Application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware.) for a couple of months now and I cant seem to get it figured out. It happens mostly when gaming however is has happened a couple of times with Chrome and Discord. I have tried so many different solutions that are on all this and other forums along with multiple re-installations of windows 10.
Things i have tried...
A couple hours before making this post, I did another Fresh windows install and after booting up and jumping through the start up hoops I installed 2 apps STEAM and CIVILIZATION VI. After Launching Civ, I got to the main menu, launched one of the benchmark matches and crashed immediately after loading the match with the error "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered."
Any help with this issue is greatly appreciated as I've been at my wits end trying to get to the bottom of this with absolutely no luck.

Things i have tried...
- Using Command prompt to perform system scan/ health check and restore = No Change
- Uninstalling graphics card drivers in safe mode using DDU and installed most recent drivers as well as a couple of previous drivers = No Change
- Performing motherboard BIOS update = No Change
- Changing TdrDelay using Registry Editor = No Change
- Changed PSU = No Change
- Changed GPU (1050ti to 1660 Super) and reinstalled drivers = No Change
- Multiple game reinstallations = No Change
- Put GPU in Second PCI-e Slot on motherboard = No Change
- Performed Memory Test which Passed
- Changed permissions for the APPID and CLSID Specified in failure = No Change
- Gave Immersive Shell Launch Permissions = No Change

- Motherboard - MSI X570 Carbon Gaming Pro Wifi
- CPU - AMD Ryzen 3900X 12-core
- Memory - 16gb (2x8gb) Corsair Vengeance 3200 RGB Black
- GPU - First was a MSI 1050ti. Currently installed is a Gigabyte 1660 Super
- OS - Windows 10
- Storage - 1tb NVME SSD
- PSU - First was an Apevia 800w non-modular. Currently installed is a Corsair 850w Gold+ Fully Modular.
