because i have error code 0x80070570 its imposible for me to update or reset windows 10. is there a way i can force a reset ?

after an update a few weeks ago i noticed that windows just was not wanting to update anymore. after a long time of waiting and looking for what the problem is i got a 0x80070570 fault code on the update that i was suposed to do. because i am going to sell my computer i was just gonne do a reset, but when i tried using the recovery it just said we cant do it and it goes back to how it was. i tried doing it with recovery mode but same there. tried to scan my ssd but it detected nothing. so i am wandering if i could just force a reset via bios with a usb and even if possible to go to windows 11
