Beats studio pro headphones - microphone does not work on PC, works on my iPhone correctly

Hello - I have a Beats Studio Pro headset and the microphone does not work with my PC. The headphones work, I can listen to music and my teams meetings using the beats. When I attempt to use the microphone the person can either not hear my at all or I am very faint. I have tried so many things to fix this issue, including uninstalling, device settings, teams settings and I even tried another PC and got the same issue. The microphone looks like it has connected, is visible but just doesn't seem to work.As I mentioned, the microphone works with my phone so I know it does actually work.
