BD Rom drive region wont change

My drive has been set to region 1 for some reason, i am trying to get it back to region 2. The internet has no actual answers and i have 4 changes left still. The drive actually reads a region 1 dvd i have from years back so i know 100% that it just needs to be changed to region 2 but windows is rubbish. Could you please help me?For the ignorant, and speed readers:drive reads region 1 disk!
