BattlEye Refusing to function even on a freshly reset laptop

For some reason whenever I try launching DayZ or Escape From Tarkov I get errors with starting the service or installing it. I have been wasting time looking for a solution for days and nothing has helped. Onthe rare occasion it actually says "launching" my laptop instantly shows a blue screen and restarts. I have tried the steps listed on the BattlEye website but that didnt help. I have good enough hardware so I could run the game, my gpu drivers and bios are up to date, I have allowed BEServices through my firewall so idk what the issue could be.
