Battery (STILL) stuck at 99 %

Okay, I HAVE A PROBLEM. Last morning I went open my laptop and after few minutes it sleeps when the battery is low. I charge it and then when I unplug, it shows 99% until it sleeps again. I do the solution: Open Device Manager, expand Battery section and more, but it DOESN'T WORK, now, I charge again and do the solution and it DOESN'T WORK AGAIN... behhhhCan you guys answer the solution?
