Battery saver good or bad for battery in Asus laptop?

I just bought Vivobook_ASUSLaptop X1502ZA_a1502ZA yesterday.I just curious, can I just turn on Battery Saver all day? Even when I shut down the laptop, charging and unplugged the charge when the battery full, do I need keep turn on Batter Saver?
