Battery health dropping significantly.

I am using a dell latitude 7480. It is old but still quite powerful. It only lasts about an hour on battery these days. I got this laptop refurbished about two years ago. When I got it, it would last several hours. To see what happened I did a battery test. The max compacity is 62,000mWh. When I got it, it was at 42,117mWh. Within 3 months of light usage it dropped to 17,776mWh as it decreased by several thousand every few days. It has been at that level for until now.
