BATTERY CAPACITY

My laptop's battery health has been worsening significantly ever since I bought a new charger 2 months ago. Here's some information: - Current capacity: 1.75% of design capacity and it was bought 6 years ago.- Crashed 2 hours ago. I had to keep it charged for two hours until it could stay on and function bc it kept crashing before.- After that the battery remained at 0% for another hour and only works when it is plugged in. - I checked the battery report and its number shows a ridiculous spike of capacity (at 8636%) around first time I plugged in right after it crashed. - Device Manager shows
