Battery being used while shut down

Hi i have an hp victus 15 fb-0147ax it has been around a month since i bought it. But for a couple of days im getting a slow battery drain issue. When i did further research i found my laptop's battery was constantly being used even after shutdown. I disabled fast startup. I barely use it for like 4-5 hours but it is showing above 20hr and even 24hr.
