Basic shortcuts not working on Microsoft Windows 11

Hi! I have recently bought a new ThinkPad (Intel Evo Edition) with Windows 11 Pro and unfortunately none of the standard shortcuts seem to be working (CTRL + C = Copy / CTRL + V = Paste). Does someone know where I can turn this on or program these shortcuts myself?Any help would be appreciated. Kind regards,Lynn
