BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG Error when booting into windows.

Hi, Recently I've installed an insider build of windows 11. After I turned my PC off and turned it back on the next day it showed my Toshiba boot logo with the spinning loading thing and the loading thing froze it then pulled up a GSOD (Green Screen Of Death) Saying "Your Windows Insider Build Ran into a problem and needs to restart" And the error code was BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG. It then booted showing the spinning thing but with Preparing Automatic Repair instead. Then it changed text to Diagnosing Your PC... It then said that windows didn't start correctly and there was a Advanced Options or Turn
