bad system config info error fix?

I woke up today, tried to play cs2 and my pc started making a noise so i shut it down like i normally would and this time it just landed me on the screen in the photo. When I try to restart it put me on to the Windows/System32/Srt/SrtTrails.txt restart or advanced options screen is there any fix?Heres what I tried:-safemode (doesnt work)-resetting (doesn’t let me restart)-all the command prompt bull (didnt work)-restarting (doesn’t work)
