BAD IMAGE error

C:Windows\SYSTEM32\directdatabasehelper.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc000012f.This error message keeps popping up and take several closes to get to go away and it comes back when I open a new app. If you can help that would be wonderful.
