Bad Image: Error status 0xc000012f

Recently I have noticed problems with my computer. When I try to run applications, for instance OBS, an error message pops up saying there is an issue with "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\VCRUNTIME140.dll". I have tried numerous attempts to fix this issue. I started with going to Command Prompt as an administrator and running certain commands to help fix this issue. I have tried reinstalling the software "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable". So far, I am stuck with the same error message.
