Backup and Restore (Windows 7) utility file access.

I recently had a Win 11 box crash. The SSD drive spiked and is not inaccessible. While the machine was working, I was using the Backup and Restore (Windows 7) utility to back up a critical file. I can no longer access that back up through the original computer due to its failure. My attempts to access it through other computers, using the same utility, have not worked. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
