Back up skipped files

Each time I run backup in W10, I get the same 2 error messages....Backup encountered a problem while backing up file.C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\OneDrive. Error. (status_wait_2 (0x80070002))C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\Pictures. Error. (status_wait_2 (0x80070002))Should I be concerned?I do not use OneDrive, although I think it is connected to my Outlook setup.
