AVG free anti-virus installed on hp probook disables TouchPad on startup.

AVG anti-virus decided the TouchPad software could by malware (after many years) so disables the TouchPad when the laptop starts up. I removed AVG but the TouchPad is still disabled on startup.. Task Manager shows the HPTouchpointAnalyticService as Running. How can I get the TouchPad enabled?Michael
