Automatically logged in with my Microsoft account?

I noticed today that when I restarted my computer I was actually logged in under my Microsoft account and email, which is something I expressly didn't and don't want. I was under the impression that I was logged on under a general account, but the administrator Microsoft account appeared to be the only one left. I tried creating a new account, but of course it resets all the important setting I have.Anyone else have this problem? Is there a way to find the old one? Can that original account be deleted without you knowing? All I want is the User profile I had where I did not have to log in usin
