Automatic Update on WIN10 is annoyingly intrusive.

1. After running "Check for updates", the screen has the note "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes." I am assuming this is because it wants to update to Win11 (someting I DO NOT want). This has the effect of negating the "Pause updates" stating that "The pause limit has been reached."Thus:2.
