I have an issue with a user who sets up an Auto Reply, sets a date range, types in text for both internal and external replies and the replies work fine. As soon as Outlook is closed, however, the auto-replies stop. On opening Outlook, it's as if the auto reply never existed.
If I leave Outlook open so that Auto Reply stays on, eventually it shuts itself off after ~5 mins or so.
I opened my own auto reply in my own Outlook app, and although it was no longer set to send, the previous auto reply I had set up was still showing.
I've collected the log files but don't see where I can add them here.
I've checked Event Viewer and see nothing anomalous in there.
I'm wondering if there is a conflict with web app or a phone app somewhere. We do use OWA in our environment. I logged the user out of OWA but that did not change Outlook's behavior.
