Automatic repair loop, nothing helping me to repair, I tried everything watch 10+ videos and nothing work

can someone please help me i have a 59.98hz Lenovo laptop, and it has this automatic repair loop, everything I do it doesn't work, I try to reset my PC and remove everything nothing worked, used every command in command prompt and didn't work I also tried to boot in. Safe mode and still didnt work PLEASE SOMEONE HELP, startup repair don't work, PLEASE I DONT WANNA HAVE TO PAY TO REPAIR 😢😢
