automatic repair loop, can't access Windows recovery environment

My Lenovo Yoga laptop has found itself in a loop where it turns on, flashes the Lenovo logo and goes black again, sometimes it sais "preparing for automatic repair" for a second, but then it turns black again. In other posts it sais to shut it down three times to access the windows recovery environment, but this hasn't worked for me either.I hope someone can help, or do I need to send it in for repair?
