AutoIt Error Line 0 (File "C:\Users\Public\bin.au3"): Error: Error opening the file.

I keep getting the following message popping up on my screen every couple of minutes: AutoIt Error Line 0 (File "C:\Users\Public\bin.au3"): Error: Error opening the file. There is no file "C:\Users\Public\bin.au3" on my computer. What can I do to prevent this from happening?
