Auto Logoff when the specific user isn't active for a specific time

I'm trying to do that when a user isn't active for 15 minutes it logs them off automatically (not lock, logs off).I tried making a script, I tried making a task by event log, but I just can't find a relaible way to tell when the user isn't active for long enugh.Help?
