Audio Services are not responding

I was using my laptop when all of a sudden the sounds became distorted and amplified. when i removed my headphones, no audio was coming out of my laptop. i got "no audio device is connected" error. and after several attempts to fix this issue, windows finally managed to detect my built-in audio device and headphones but there's still no sound.When i used the audio troubleshooter, it says "one or more audio services are not responding", and that Windows Audio and Windows End Point Builder must both be active. i tried restarting both services, uninstalled the drivers & updated them and nothi
