Audio Problems with speakers

[Windows 10]

So i use the Speedlink Impact Stereo Speakers and i am on Windows 10 and my problem is that when i start the speakers both of them work at the same time but after like 1 minute the left one just gets quiet, like i can hear like buzzing coming out of it when i holf my ear next to it but no music or sound, only the right one works then and plays the sound.Then i decided to turn them off for like 5 minutes and turned them back on and both were working again but after 1 minute the left one silenced again and only the right one played the sound.
