Audio Problem

Hi ! My laptop sound did not work properly, for reasons I think it's because I spilled my water on it and broke the sound system. After drying my laptop by opening the back case and wiping all the water left, my laptop was working properly and now suddenly the sound broke. I tried to fix it from the software and the sound came back normal 2 times, but broke again, I'm very confused about what am I supposed to do right now. I hope someone in this community can help to fix my issue.
